I have a mostly stock 03 SRT-10. I have performed the following:
1. K&N filter
2. Modified Exhaust
a. Eliminated secondary CAT, replced with straight pipe
b. Replaced OEM muffler with 16" Bullit Mufflers
c. Eliminated crossover
I understand that most SRT-10 run rich, so I would like to ensure that my car is tuned to get the max possible horsepower and torque.
I have read that a VEC2 can produce 25-50 rwhp and about 50ft/pds of torque while smooothing out the air/fuel ratio throughout the powerband.
Has anyone installed a VEC2 on a mostly stock SRT-10 to verify this?
Does it void the warranty?
Any negative concerns?
The VEC2 cost about $1000.00 and if the claims were true, would make it a very good "bang for the buck" mod.
Thanks in advance
