ACR Supplemental Manual Weirdness

Has anyone noticed that on the last page of the ACR Supplemental Manual it has an image of a motorhome going down a hill?

It has some nice ACR line drawings everywhere else but the inside of the back cover is an image of a motorhome??

Is there a secret meaning?
