Bump up from 12k to 15k and you can get Doug Levins 1st stage blower kit. That would be my choice, will make by far the most power. But then again BTR and a few others have come out with some resonably priced kits as well.

Go with BTR's kits

Exhaust and headers $3500+
Intake System $400+
NOS $1900+
Stage II Heads $5000+ <---- not sure, not out yet
Half shaft $700
-------
$11500

I might be a bit off on the prices.
And you will be making more then 620RWHP and above 700RWTQ "Venom 650 killer"
call Tom at BTR for more detail.

If you are going to spend more, i would go with a Doug Levin supercharger and BTR exhaust+Headers

If your new to the viper performance maybe try nitrous? For less than half the amount you can make good power. I wouldn't put it on a '00 or newer viper though, It's too violent for the stock pistons. I've had the best experience with Doug Levin Motorsports with supercharging my viper. A lot of people first try nitrous and then end up with the supercharger.

Tell me more about this stage 1 blower kit? price? power #'s? what boost dose it run?
dose he sell it as a kit, or only installed?
why would you not use NOS on a 2000-up car? and the pistons/rods weeker?

Thats a great price for that amount of power, but on his web site, it says his kit is $20,800.
I am going to give Nick a call and see what he says.

Learn to drive the car you have. Then you'll appreciate any mods you add and can properly evalute them.

Go supercharger! Had mine done 2 years ago by Doug Levin Motorsports... Love it! Doug is a talented super tuner when it comes to performance engines. You can trust doing business with him and his cars are very fast. I've spoken with others and his cars bring a great resale value and not to mention they are a work of art.
