Yesterday, while driving (2003 SRT) with the air on, my passenger had "ice cold water" drip onto her foot. It was only a couple of drops but I am concerned that there may be a problem with the system. Has this happened to anyone else? Any idea if it was just condensation?

The A/C evaporator is located in a "box" abovet the passengers feet. If the humidity was high outside, the Evaporator could have caused condensation on the outside of its container, which dripped off. As long as there is no steady stream dripping into the footwell, and you have a flow UNDER the car, I would not expect you have anything to worry about, the evap core is draining properly.
Way to go Dave, good answer about a problem that occurs with many,many cars under extremely humid conditions.
