Alignment

I'm taking my car in for an alignment.

For those of you who track your cars, what alignment settings do you favor? I'm looking for a compromise between street and track use, that will give me decent performance at the track, but is still drivable on the street.

Any suggestions?

Front
-1.2 camber
5.5 caster
0 toe

rear
-1.0 camber
1/16 toe in
