No problem. My post was mostly for those piling on with damning statements without getting any facts or opinions from the other side.

Have seen lots of these threads before, and usually there are problems on both sides of the issue. The name calling gets everybody riled up and while many feel the need to pick up pitchforks and torches, few take the effort to do anything more than post and pick a side. A simple call to SVS or the customer probably have given better perspective.

This will sort out as others have.
