Another Door Question

It's not sagging, it just not completely flush when closed. It sticks out just slightly from the body. Can this be adjusted? I would like the door to be flush with the body panel as you view the car from the rear bumper. No wind noise, it's a tight seal and no rubbing on the sills, just aesthetics.

I understand that. But I believe this is not related to the door sagging, and that is what most of the search responses referenced.
