anyone able to veiw/test drive car in florida ???

Hi Guys
As you may know im over in the UK looking to buy/import a yellow gen2 rt/10 .
I may of found a car i'm interested in , and was wondering if anyone knew this car ?
Carfax is clean ,except it does say it had a new engine after 13 months , is that something to worry about ?????
