OH MY GOD!!
Took my 98 out for the first time last night after my Belanger system was installed. After turning over the engine and watching the initial fumes poor from the headers (typical burn off)the car settled into a low rumble like that of a thousand Clydesdales wanting to be released. I slowly pulled out on the empty road...full throttle was applied...BOOM!! Mountains crumbled, the sea parted! Let me say it again, OH MY GOD! This is one hell of a system. Even without the initial 200-300 mile computer break-in, the increase of power is most notable. I would without hesitation recommend the Belanger headers and exhaust to anyone!!
Note: I kept the stock cats and cut them to 3" on both ends. Provides excellent sound for low RPM and nuclear power/sound for WOT. Also, the stock CATs are still some of the most efficient CATs on the market.
Next week...HRE's, Stoptech big breaks and hospital when wife finds the bill
