I need a cover for my garaged GTS just to keep the dust off. I would prefer something light and washable, form fitting. Any suggestions?

I have the factory cover for two of my cars and a custom-fit California car cover for two others and both styles fit great. To be honest, there isn't any appreciable difference in fit. As a purist, I'd prefer the original factory cover but those are getting harder to find.

FWIW, my California Car Cover fits much better than the one shown in an earlier post. Mine fits snugly, just as the factory cover does.

The 100% Cotton California Car Cover like above is better than the factory cover. The factory cover is not cotton, it's the paper towel looking material. It's not a bad cover but the soft flannel inside my cover is hands down a better option for indoor storage.

Man, this garage makes your car look like a "rare barn find"

Funny you should say this. The house was built in 1928 and just a few years ago the barn doors were replaced with overhead doors !!

Is there any indication on the factory cover as to what company made it?

No indication of who made it but I do know the material used was a breathable woven fiber from Kimberly Clark - supposedly high quality. This comes from an employee at Kimberly Clark.

Disagree,:D....the factory cover has soft thick flannel type insulation, plus a plastic window in the rear so that you can see the tags and most importantly the factory viper logo with viper gts stitched on it. Very well made quality cover.

Yes that's correct Kimberly Clark, Cal Car Cover sells that type as well, of course it's not embroidered like the factory cover. Either way you have choices and I agree it's nice to have the OEM stuff, just because, however my preference is 100% cotton for indoor use.
