What do you guys think about these two tires? Which one do you think would be better suited to "hook up" with a Roe SC car? I would use them all the time and almost never drive in the rain unless caught unexpected. Who has them or has tried both? I was thinking about for the rears only and keeping the Michelins up front.

You can run the BFG's on the street (I do), but as noted they won't corner at anything over slow to moderate speeds, and they cannot be used in the rain. They will hook better in a straight line than the Kumho's though. Just depends on whether you're willing to give up any aggressive cornering for better straight line traction, and whether you can park it if you get caught in the rain. If you're running a basic 5 lb Roe setup with 550-600 rwhp I'd stick with the Kumho's.

Pilots on the front, Kumhos on the back, HANDLES GREAT.

They have pretty good bite also, much better than the Pilots on the street, but not as good as a DR on the track from what I hear, but I drive 99.9% of the time on the street.

I have run 18 inch dr's for over a year at the track and some on the street and they hook really good. I am about to buy a new set of rears and trying to decide between the dr's and Kuhmos.

I have seen plenty of Kuhmos at the strip hook just as hard as dr's, so I was thinking about going with the Kuhmos for all around performance on the street and track. I guess I will have to find out myself if the Kuhmos will handle the power at the track.

Anyone run the Kuhmos with 600+ rwhp Vipers at the track?
