Bill reached out to me after I posted a picture of my new carbon Gen 5, to make sure that my dealer had given me the detailed paint manual for my car. When I told him they had not, he immediately looked for one at his dealership, and sent it out on his dime. I felt his gesture needed to be recognized. He certainly gained a future customer
