After my first experience with Jon at PartsRack, I feel I should share with everyone how it went. Jon went out of his way to help me get the set of tires I wanted, (Toyo R888 at an unbelievably low price btw) even though he normally doesn't have them. The customer service was top notch, he called me back before I could email him with the info he requested. The tires were shipped on the 21st and arrived on the 23rd. You cant ask for better shipping speed than that! Overall this transaction was one of smoothest I have experienced and I highly recommend Jon to anyone needing something for their snake.
