If your PVC valve does not seal off correctly you will pressure up your crank case and will eventually end up with oil leaks everywhere. Most of the time you can see your oil pressure go up with the boost. That ball in seat plastic PVC valve cannot hold any psi.
I am not familiar with the PVC valve that you have on your car, but i doubt that it will hold.
