Broke rear diff I think

Here's a bit of an update from my computer. Easier to type. Anyways all but one strap is off the the half shafts. I stripped one . Anyways I can rotate the diff and I can feel it bind up. i should have the diff out in a day or two when I decide to work on it again. Ill pop it open and take a look.

Ding ding ding. We have a winner. Looks like ring gear let go. Carnage pics now for. The question do I repair it or replace it.

Just FYI to all: I found nearly every bolt that holds the diff on my GTS to be under torqued by as much as 50ft/lbs. I had to retorque everything last fall because I heard a clunk when letting off. After retorquing, the clunk disappeared. I could see this causing Diff failures.

What is the tq rating of both those fastners?
