Well, I never thought I would see the day. Henry got a phone call from both our trailer dealer and the police - they have busted a theft ring in the next county over and our 48' Featherlite trailer was recovered. Here's a link to the press release: http://www.jcso.org/pressreleases/06202001.htm

Anyway, we are contacting the insurance company to let them know they now own this 2000 model. It did not travel far. I'd like to go take a look at it - I am assuming its still in good shape as they were going to sell it.
Before we talk to the insurance company, I thought I should post something here. The trailer is set up for 2 Vipers. WINCH, 25' awning, e-track, easy loading ramp (no blocks of wood or 2x4s necessary. Land line, prewired for AC, roof vents, spare tire, triple axle, loading lights, 3 hi wattage exterior lights, 8 flourescent lights inside,and 8 small 12V lights inside. I know there is more -we have complete specs and prices. If any of you are interested or know of someone that may be, I'd be willing to bet that the insurance company MAY be willing to let it go fairly cheaply ($28K 1 year ago new) still under 3 yr warranty from Featherlite... We'd be happy to help.
