California emissions tag question

I've had a few calls from folks in California who want to buy my 97 GTS Coupe.
The problem is...apparently you need a certain tag under the hood for California emissions, and you can't register the car without it (unless there are more than 7,500 miles on the odometer). My car has only 3,500 on the odom.

My question is... can my car be made California legal, AND how much do you think it would cost?

I think that if the car is more than 5 years old, the miles don't matter and it should pass. Check www.dmv.ca.gov

I think that Kurt is right but you can always buy from Dodge ther correct emission sticker and slap it on.

From your picture Dodge part # is 4848017 for california label
