Calling Chi town Owners for a car Check

Hey everyone. First let me say thank you all for your help (everyone on the site).

I have a credit card deposit with Exotic Motors for a 98 Viper GTS (Red) and I am getting some interesting feedback VIA PM about the quality of the dealership. Could anyone check the car out in person for me before I head down there next Saturday?

Also I have been told they will NOT refund the deposits because they will deny that they falsely advertised it. THey already told me the paint was "near flawless" and upon further looking at the many pictures on their website I can see that it is not. Will I be able to do a charge back via my CC company if it is worse case scenario??

Please help a newbie out!

Last night I called my CC and they put a hold on my account as the charge didn't occur yet. I then talked to him/them today and found out that the front bumper is indeed painted over. I highly doubt I will pursue this car any further. Paint work=bad right?

Many Viper bumpers have been repainted because they are easy to get very scratched up on the bottom. A repainted bumper may just mean the owner took exceptional care of the car and wanted to keep it looking new. Or it could mean he had a semi-truck back into his car
