If you believe the info in the FAQ, the answer is 13% for your '97.

RWHP = 0.87 * FWHP, so FWHP = RWHP / 0.87.

That being said, who cares about FWHP???? All that really matters is what you're putting down at the wheels, right? (I know you just want to know for bragging rights....) There are a lot of '97s on the board who can tell you their dyno numbers for comparison. So long as we're all talking SAE corrected, the comparison should be decent.
