Can somebody pleaaase answer this for me.

I tried searching and found two different opinions about T&D rocker install.
One opinion is that you can only gain 5-10 HP with a totally stock car.
The other opinion was that 20 HP or more can be gained with exhaust mods.
My question is:
How much HP and TQ can I truly gain by installing T&D rockers with the following mods in my car:

99 ACR
Bellanger Headers and exhaust with no cats. (along with the usual stuff that comes with the ACR)

Dyno it before and after and let us know. I hear a lot of speculation but rarely any actual test.

Well that's the problem. I don't want to spend $1200 plus labor for 5 HP. I've seen the post of one guy that gained over 30 HP on a 97 GTS with the exact same mods.

Don't expect more than 5 to 7 HP with the T&amp;Ds. Of course, if you put on headers and exhaust you'll get more but if you have already accounted for that, then you will only get modest gains with the T&amp;D rockers.

Joe - honestly, if you're going to go that route, have your heads ported and swap lifters while you're at it. You'll pick up 50-70HP for $5K rather than 5-10 for $1500.

... or just ignore me, I'm a confirmed horsepower ******
