ive seen guys install a stainless or aluminum plate to cover it. not sure who makes or sells it but one of the vendors i think. it looks terrible in person IMO

What brand of exhaust tips are these?

Not sure about the "whole" in the back.

The opening in the rear bumper cover is really only visible if you are behind the car at some distance: on mine, with the car black it isn't noticeable.

Here are some shots of the exhaust on the side. No shiny tips like on Dave's.
