As some of you know I had my car built by RSI last year. Paxton build, forged motor, fuel system, AEM etc etc etc. The car came back on a conservative tune making 760rwhp as they were not able to tune the car on California 91 octane gas. The car came back running good but I could feel hesitation as it pulled through the RPM and my assumption was fuel. Long story short I decided to send the car down to AC performance to have the final tune done and mess around with a few other things.

Well the car came back a different animal. Feels like I picked up another 150hp but it was only 50. I guess a right tune makes that big of a difference. We ended up running bigger fuel lines and making custom fuel rails. I originally wanted to run a smaller pulley for more power but decided that 805rwhp on 91octane and a conservative tune was safe enough. I know we could have pushed it up towards 850-875 range but i rather be safe then sorry.

Tod at AC performance got this sucker running PERFECT!. It drives and acts like a stock factory Viper but as soon as you lay in to this beast, its over!

Check out some before and after dyno graphs and I'm sure Todd with chip in with the details.

Also some car **** for your pleasure. :) FYI the last pick does not show the custom fuel rails, that was before.

Thanks Anton. Wide open throttle doesn't always tell the tale. I did all your tuning from light throttle loads all the way up to full throttle. I definitely found all the happy spots, the car does run REALLY good. Nobody could argue that! Definitely more if you wanted it, power wise, but I think we stopped at a nice safe number. Besides your not even on a drag radial!

I'll have Erick find a picture of the new fuel rails installed with the black fittings. Not sure how many pictures he took.

Thanks for the kudos Anton!! :)

Here is a shot of the rails mounted, but before the fuel line had been run.

This car is just a cruiser. Ive spent a lot of track time in my old viper. Its just to ******* the car and I don't want this baby to have a rough life :)

Look up past threads by my screen name and you will find a few build threads.

I saw your satin black Viper when I was into Todd's place for some suspension tweaking. He had just been working on it, and was smiling and pretty happy about how it was shaping up.

Todd has a knack for making not only high horsepower cars, but ones that are also super drivable in day to day use. Some cars are tweaked to within an inch of their lives, and perform great on the dyno, but have all sorts of drivability issues on the street.

Lots of happy customers coming out of the A&C shop.

PS Todd. You got the shocks perfect. No bottoming out, and s-m-o-o-t-h.

Todd is an amazing tuner and knows these cars VERY well! I saw your car in the shop a few times as they were rebilding my differential and installing penskes. Love the car...I need your splitter!
