I popped the hood to take a look and it seems like there's something not quite right. Any ideas?

Well, number 3 seems a bit lean, maybe that's it.
Have you checked with the dealer, see what they say?

Very simple, no heat shields over your headers. Put those on and it should fire right up.

If that doesn't work, check the ball bearings.

It may be the picture, but do you have a hairline fracture on the block between cylinder #3 and #5?

Nope, its cool....except for the heads and intake being in different locations!
