Just a heads-up: Carfax will cancel the subscription of any person found to be running VINs for other people. The safe way to do this is to ask for a Carfax and when someone agrees to run it for you, PM them the VIN. Don't post the VIN publically because Carfax can check what account ran that VIN # and cancel their subscription.
