Cheap car recievers with android interface on ebay/amazon

I am trying to find a good receiver/interface to replace the stock stereo on 2008 Viper Coupe. I have searched and don't see too many topics. Anyone have experience with the ones that come up on ebay or Amazon? Or any other sources? If so, could you provide some details or direct me to that source of information? If those inexpensive ones aren't worth it, would like some opinions on what does work and installation requirements (to cleanly fill the Viper's curved mounting area. Thank you.

I have the TopDisplay brand from amazon and use the apple car play for music its great!

I have an ebay one. Been working fine for the last couple years. Only real issue is if you’re using wi-fi or bluetooth for carplay or android auto it’ll lose connection from time to time.

I think if you install the USB port it should solve that but besides that one complaint I haven’t had any real
Problems. It is a tad slow compared to higher end stuff.
