Chuck is unable to login to his account and it is missing from the User List.

It's actually Chuck 98 RT10. But TVC is missing from the user list.

Tell him to try again, I just got back in now after almost a week of problems. I think it happen when they did the server upgrade. We weren't the only one's dropped off. Mayby now the problem is fixed and your log in information will work.
