Guessing by the picture that your car is sitting up on the jack with no jack stand support. Be safe man...a neighbor of one of our local members was killed when his car fell on him and crushed him. I realize you weren't "under" your car, but your legs and hands probably were.

I had the jack under the car, it is furter down the frame rail.

Yes, I see the jack in the picture. The Jack alone IS NOT ENOUGH. You must use a jack stand for safety.
