Cleaning tip needed!

What is the best way to clean the air intake ( speaker grills) on the exterior of the hood? Mine are starting to show age. Wax, fade ect. Has anyone powder coated them?

Actually, If you can keep a secret. I easily removed and painted mine with *flat black spray paint* and they look perfect!

I use a bristle like brush and poke the grills to get the wax out. Works good for me.

Use Dawn Dishwashing liquid (like you were supposed to do before you put your first coat of Zaino on). Take a damp towel w/a little of Dawn on it and just wipe the wax away. Works good on any other car that has plastic bumpers or trim.
