turn your steering wheel on full lock, gives a bit more room, getting the nuts off is a pain, I found there was room for a spanner in the opening, small hands or double jointed helps :) wait till you try and put the nuts back on......
thats the hard part.

Use one of these...9mm x 10mm...the nuts are 10mm...Installation is way easy, especially with the offset...get a whole set, you'll use them alot on the viper...

Yellow are "required" by law. Stick with the clear if you like it better.

It's not like we all have the "required" front plate.

Just installed my Clear Lights. Pretty easy overall, although it took me 25 minutes of effort on the bolt nearest the tire to figure out I needed a Ratcheting Combination Wrench! Then it took only a few minutes a side.

What is a Racheting Combinatin Wrench you might ask?? Well, take a look at Snake Bitten's picture above and you'll have it!! Next time I will remember to do a search before I begin the task, would have saved me some time!!

I used a 3/8 inch, it was not offset, but I imagine that would make it even a bit easier!

Good advice Snake Bitten!! A little late, but good advice!! :p
