Just got off the phone with Sean Roe. With some of the negative things that have been mentioned about some vendors lately, I just wanted to let everyone know what a class act he is.
He spent a 1/2 hour with me on the phone explaining things to me that I didn't understand. He was very patient and didn't talk down to me in any way. I know a lot of people have said great things about him, but I just wanted to let everyone know how impressed I was with him.
His philosophy on why he developed the SC and that it wasn't just based on a profit so much as with his love of performance modifications and a challange really impressed me. I made a post on another thread about tuners who are successful overall and work on projects because they want to, not because it was about the $. This was right before I had talked to Sean.
Sean's philosophy was he did it because he wanted to. If he made money it was just a bonus since the rest of his business already did well. This is a perfect example of what I am talking about. Not everything we do in life is based strictly on market share and profit etc. if we only went through with a bean counting philosophy in life, none of us would have Vipers, just investments.
When I put my name on his list for a SC I was 95% sure I was going to do it. Now that I've talked to him I am 101% sure barring any unforseen financial disaster.
All I can say is it's great to be a Viper owner. It's also great to have support from people like Sean to make sure I keep loving the Viper. Sean seems like one hell of a nice guy!
I can't wait for June and my SC!
