Could the radar detector pigtail be used for a dash cam?

Please ignore my ignorance. I am interested in installing a dash cam and would like to leverage whatever I can that is already built in.

Any ideas?

Don't see why not, but the radar detector is likely switched so the dashcam will be shut off when the car is off. Most dashcams can also be used as security cameras, turning on when the car is bumped, but the pigtail won't allow that if it is off.
