The lights are wired into the factory hatch light so when the hatch is opened the lights turn on

My car is in the shop getting mb quartz speakers, kenwood head unit (dvd), crossfire subs & amps. The guys looked @ your photo, shook their heads & said it would take them probably 4 or 5 days to do something like that (laying in the fiberglass). They just want to lay carbon fibre applique over a wood box. Now I have great confidence in their work- Sheesh!

That looks damn amazing!! Way to go on finding someone to do that quality work at such a reasonable price.....if I sent my car out to have anything like that done around here, I'd pay at least double that amount!!

Could you post some pics of the head unit and the front speakers in the door? I also have the 6 1/2 alpine R's and had some clearance problems with the covers, I'd be curious to see how they did this on your car? THanks
