Dealer doesnt have time to worrk on Viper?

well if it wasn't busy then they should have looked at it. Sorry from your post it sounded like the bays were full.

Got any pics/stats of those e bodies?

I would add that too, Go to Bill Lukes Dodge talk to Eddie Martin. I live in Iowa and went there on vacation and Eddie talked to me Like he knew me for years and I have also called him several times. A very nice guy. and Also knows and Drives or Races Vipers. Wayne Kielkopf

I went to Ed Moses Dodge in Scottsdale this morning and talked to a service adviser. I told him the Viper had a noise and I was wondering if a Viper tech could walk out and look at it? He said he would fill out a work order and I could leave the car and they would look at it if they had time (maybe today or tomorrow). I asked if I could talk to somebody about a recall on the car and he said there are so many recalls he cant keep up and they didnt have time anyway,I could leave it for that too but no promises on time. So as a last ditch I asked if they had any Viper techs and he said they had a bunch but they are all to buisy to talk have a nice day. I was planing to buy a new 2002 Coupe from them since they have 5 in the showroom but I am going to buy it elsewhere and then I will let them know about it. What would you do?

Sounds like he may have flipped you off but on the other hand he had a service area full of other cars in for service and it was just a matter of who he wanted to piss off the least. You or the people needing their cars that were in for work. It ***** but everyone has to wait their turn.

Wouldn't you be ticked if you were waiting for your car to be fixed and then someone pulls up with a problem, only to have the tech pulled off your car (that you need to get back to work) to look at this one that just came in? I'd be furious.

First, you better sell me one of those Cudas cheap, you have too many (I had a 73 Cuda 340 4-speed restored that I sold to get my 96 RT :-( ...

I have had similar problems with the service writers at an un-named dealer here in CA!. I would recommend speaking directly to the service manager. If that is a bust, go ask for the Sales Manager. I know we shouldn't have to do this, but if you want to make the relationship work with this dealer (say they are close to you, or you know the actual Viper Techs are good, etc) then I think this will work...
