Mocksville Dodge (near Charlotte, NC) lowered the price this am on the aforementioned red SRT with 16 miles. Price is extremely good for a leftover '04. Contact info on that car is Robby on his cell (336)-909-2779

I am still looking for a color other than red though. (Hint to Joel and the folks at Hendrick) I am also close by in Richmond.

A dealer in MN has a new red SRT10 that the owner drove to his cabin and wants to get rid of it for $65K (but he may very likely take even less).

Still waiting on pricing from Hendrick.....although a possible 65K from Mocksville Dodge would instantly have my checkbook.

Joel:

Why is the '05 black SRT the same price as the '04 black SRT? The '05 black SRT seems to be the best deal unless it is used or has issues with the paint (noticeable swirls, rock chips, etc.) or wheels.

OK....

I have to admit it.. Hendricks’s Sales team has turned it around. I just picked up that 05 Black SRT-10 (the one mentioned above). These guys were a complete pleasure to deal with / do business with. May I recommend Joel (the GM) personally, because without him I would have walked off the lot, not knowing what a great opportunity awaited me.

Not only do they have an excellent Service Department (In particular my favorite Viper Tech in the World Steve) But now they have a sales force and General Manager to match.

They simply made a deal I couldn’t refuse, and I completly apologies to Bill Pemberton, as he was a stand up guy, trying to earn my business, but Joel made it impossible to say no to Hedrick.

I can’t believe I am about to say this:

THANK YOU HENDRICK DODGE SALES TEAM, OUTSTANDING JOB !!

THOSE PRICES ARE THE REAL DEAL !! no hidden fees, you walk out paying what he said you would.

That did seem like a great price. But why was the 05 4k cheaper than an 04? Miles on it? And why is the other black 04 4k lower than the others 04's? The Commemorative edition seems a relatively normal price that others are giving with the new bonus bucks. The other 04's seem to be about a grand high except for the black car and the 05 was a steal. Congratulations on scooping that one up.

No, the 05 they owned, it has 51 miles on it before I test drove it. The 04 they had to dealer trade on it.

There was absolutely NOTHING wrong with the 05, you would have to be an idiot to have taken the more expensive 04 over the 05. While some would argue I am an idiot, I still pulled this one off, and got the 05 !!

I asked the same questions, what is wrong with the 05.. short answer: nothing.

Crazy business, but apparently he was able to take more of a loss on the 05 then he could the 04.... I'm flying high here.

PS. Hopefully Joel can explain why he could do the 05 like that, but not the 04. BTW the Commenrative edition was sitting in the show room. Someone NEEDS to steal that one too. He will honor these prices, you will go out the door paying that price (unless you live in NC, and then he does all the paper work for the NC High Way use tax we are charged here in nc 3%)
