Hi there,

last sunday I had this meeting at the local Ferrariclub with a "Tunnelrun". Here's a little impression:

You can see me driving around and smoking up the tires just a little bit!

I like the SLS very much and off course the Scuderia...hope you like them too.

the 430 is the only car there id take over yours....

cool pics

I had the exact same thoughts, all though mine is a bit less expensive it was appreciated very much by everyone. The sound of the snake really was impressive in those tunnels! But the scuderia's noise was just breathtaking.

Cool!

Drive on the right (as opposed to left but net necessarily correct ) side of the road, but the cars are mostly right hand drive? Fun to see the roads and the scenery.

That sapphire blue TVR looks NICE!

I'm guessing the American Viper is the most "exotic" of the group. :headbang:

Thanks for the vid! :2tu:

I love that Aston Martin. In a few years I plan on picking one up for my DD.

Very neat, a plethora of cars!

I love the McLaren SLR, especially the convertibles...some day I'll get one. I really like the SL65 Black series....I'll watch for one in say 15 years when its depreciated to a reasonable price. However no matter how many times I look at the new SLS, I just can't say I like any of it's styling....am I the only one? (it reminds me of a Van Gogh painting....it might be worth a lot, but it's not pretty)

Regards,
Aaron

We are supposed to the left, but with 30 supercars in a tunnel, all rules disappear! Only the right foot stays.
And actually, only the TVR was right hand drive, all the rest is left. TVR was an English import.

I spy, with my little eye, something that looks alot like a 66 Barracuda! :yay:

And is it slammed top to boot? :omg:

Don't know what "slammed top to boot" is but it lead a hard life, it made a beautiful noise though and it was pretty fast with NOS and stuff.

god are those tvr's F-U-GGG-LL-Y!

This TVR was in pretty bad shape, the paint was damaged all over the car, leather was broken, carpet was coloured light in stead of dark, he had to do everything on the car. I guess it has been used only on the track or something.

I like these cars, but I prefer the Viper over it because those TVR's break way too much, almost all TVR's have or need a rebuild engine.

Aaron, I agree. I WANT to like the SLS,but its too truncated, too reserved of flowing lines. Not very inspired, and fell much shorter than it could have aspired to. "The saddest words of song or pen, are these four: It might have been"

Anyhoo, fantastic meet up! Great pics, fun times! What a kick in the ass. Thanks for sharing.

It seems a lot of people dislike this SLS, I actually hate all other Mercedes's, I only like the SLS, it's price is reasonable and I just love the doors, sound and performance isn't bad at all and finally it is possible to turn of traction control and other such roth completely!

actually this snobby 512 owner also owns a Koenigsegg and a Diablo is on its way, so no problems with this guy!

I noticed that these ferrari guys just are carnuts in general, they like all sorts of special cars. At the Porsche or Corvette club it's mostly one made of car they like.

Unfortunately I don't know these guys by name, why's that?
