DIY exhaust

I like to do my improvements myself. Being it is the summer I don't want to lay my Viper up doing many upgrades, so I am planning a few simple ones first. The exhaust seems the logical first choice. I am not planning to install headers yet. My questions is if I install a cat back and high flow cats now, will headers later fit up? On my old muscle car a Header exhaust system is different then the exhuast manifold system as the collector pipes are at differnt locations.

Bruce, I had first installed a Corsa Cat Back,(02 GTS) and just recently had Belanger Headers and R/T High Flow Cats installed....Everything bolts right up ...no problems..You will like the sop gain and sound improvement also.
