Do you recognize the manufacturer of these cats?

Time to get car inspected. I thought my high flow cats were Random tec metal substrate, but not sure.

Below is a couple pics. Not sure if there was more "stuff" inside when they were new, or if they are still complete. i do not want to go thru the hassle of putting on bad cats.

Any comments welcome.

That doesn't look at all like a catalytic convertor to me. It looks more like a blown out glasspack.

Those are Moroso spiral mufflers. summit racing part number 710-94051. Sorry they are not cats.

One more thing. I need to get cats on it.

Specs: DLM, novi2000, GG heads, etc... 857 rwhp 799 trq.

What cats has anyone found that will pass inspection & fit? These are 17" long.

i have heard your car (same as mine) it has no cats..lol

get doug on the phone and ask him. but he will recommend OEM cats if you MUST have cats. but confirm with him.

Check with your insurance company. I have state farm. There is a policy for show cars that we use and don't have to take the test.

They will only be on for a day or 2.

mine (basically same build) passed NJ emissions without cats. try it without first ? then if you fail, slap OEM ones on it.

I just saw the thread, and agree. NOT CATS. Random Tech does make universals 11" to 28" long that will fit your needs. OEM wont FIT any more if you have a 17" gap...

3" in & out, 17 3/4 - 18" long.

What do you have that will fit & pass inspection?

I'm checking magnaflow site to see what they have...
