We want YELLOW!! Why would you make white a color with only a few colors to choose from??

You never hear a guy yelling WHITE!!

Fast & The Furious II What color did they paint the SRTs...not White...It was YELLOW!!! RACE YELLOW!!

Actually, if one looks at the quantities of cars sold in yellow, (other than to a certain taxi company) there are a lot of obvious choices way above yellow on the list of popular (desirable) colors. I once had to wholesale a yellow corvette in virtually perfect condition because it was such an unpopular color. Those people who like yellow are really in love with it, evidenced by their Shouting about it, but as a popular color, it is way down on the list, and those who do not like it, normally, really don't like it.
I'm not saying I prefer the white, and it really doesn't affect me, because I have a Red 03 coming, and I was yuckered out of my first choice of color by those shouting that they wanted Black.
I wish that they would make the car in the 96 gts blue rather than either yellow or white. If they were to offer a medium gray or a good blue, I might even trade my 03 in for that. But not for yellow.

Heck I would prefer a blue over white. White is a popular color in most cars because it is cheaper, but sports cars??? You do not see many white vetts or mustangs compared to other colors..

I ordered a red 02 RT10 because I thought 04 would be yellow..
Black is too hard to keep clean, have a red one, do not want 2 red cars.

Dodge take a clue - how many white orders do you think there will be ... VERY FEW I am sure !!

YELLOW - Let's go Dodge !!!

Let's have a poll on this

GO YELLOW GO YELLOW

Everybody who prefers Yellow over white - give us a hand here

Thanks

Every color will sell out. Saving yellow on SRT until they launch the Blue/White Coupe in 06 so that their will still be SRT orders. :D :D :D :D

OK -- I know I'm going to be blasted for this -- but why not have a car painted yellow after delivery? If you bought a black, silver, or white and painted it yellow, then you'd have 1 of 1. Is there a difference in the durability or appearance of an aftermarket paint job? What would it cost for a single color clearcoat?

Not what you wanted to hear, but I'm curious and thought perhaps I'm missing something. Thanks and good luck either way.

Does someone here know how to set up a poll? We could ask who would be interested in or already has an order in for a YELL-OH 04 SRT. LETS DO THE DEMOCRATIC THING - LETS VOTE.

Vote YELL-OH!!

why not re-paint? Aren't people suspicios now of cars that are non-factory colors? Sure it may have a clean title but that doesn't mean that the car hasn't been damaged. Plus some people want original paint.

I think repainting it too risky.
For example: I wouldn't purchase a Viper that has been repainted. Nor would I purchase a Viper that has had some form of aftermarket paint "anything" added to it.

One thing I know for sure. The 2004 WHITE SRT-10 that was at Luke AFB this weekend is the fastest SRT-10 in existence. And NO having access to it for a weekend didn't even begin to "get it out of my system”.

How about a patriotic red/white/blue? Wouldn't that be a good way to show our national pride at this time of hostilities? And it would be a great advertising tool for DC. (And for you yellow folk, DC could make that a special order option.)

Now that's what is needed!

One other thing I know for sure: The white SRT/10 that was at the Luke airforce base IS NOT the white they are talking about producing.

Well that's good to know, because I wasn't impressed by it. Now I have renewed hope. Thanks.
