Does the reservation certificate date affect delivery of the SRT?

I had my dealer fax my reservation certificate to Dodge on January 30, 2002. I noticed that others that have sent thier certificate in around the 22nd of January have been receiving thier SRT's. Does the date that the certificate was sent affect the delivery date of the SRT? Also, has anyone taken delivery of thier SRT that sent in thier reservation certificate after January 30, 2002?

Mine went in on 12/16/02. Car delivered on 1/9/03.

Mine went in 1/18 and was built on 1/17 this year. Darn near a year to the day!

Brian you may want to check the date you typed in. It doesn't look right.
