ya shoulda gave em what they asked for, 'cept with a twist; faced your rearend toward them and covered em in smoke and rubber, thatd shut em up. oh and then you drive off with an eloquently raised middle finger letting them know they are always number one, just a suggestion.

I've been called every name in the book for not roasting my tires in between stoplights, many times with the PoPos in plain view on our local strip late at night, seems alcohol is a big factor. I still haven't come up with anything witty that doesn't annoy them too far that my car gets hacked up to crap from a jealous wingnut at a parking lot considering I'm the only GTS in my city, therefore I smile and tell them I can't afford the ticket, that usually works........

If however, no one is around, and the situation presents itself, regardless of who is yelling at me from the road, the car beside me etc, I'll dump her at 5000 and roast thru all of first and well into second. Personal satisfaction over impressing others at this point, hopefully when mid-life crisis hits I'll switch priorities. Hell, my 1/4 life crisis has just pasted, that was bad enough......

You got that right!! A couple of weeks ago I had the same situation, with cops all over the place. Gee, I guess I'll earn myself a ticket for your white trash tooth missing POS entertainment.

Sometimes I roast 'em and sometimes I don't. If I did it every time somebody asked I'd go broke.

Now, as far as the comment from that F1 snob...traction control, ABS, paddleshifting *****.

I had a friend who used to love doing burnouts until the cost got a little high. Every parade he did seemed to cost him $300-800. So now he has his passenger light and then throw out burning condoms. They never ask him twice!

The funniest thing I saw at the Woodward Dream Cruise was...
four guys in a Camaro
pulled over
and getting a ticket
from a cop
on a bicycle!

After spending the better part of Saturday at the Dream Cruise with my girlfriend, her son wanted her to take him down Woodward in one of the Vipers. So she said as they were crawling down Woodward someone threw a plastic bag with water under the Viper and asked them to do a burnout. She just rolled through the water. She said the car behind them "lit them up" and two seconds later that car was pulled over by the police.

My girlfriend said she gave her son a big smokey burnout on Big ****** Road on the way home.

I had a group of such slope-forehead types request a burnout in their usual, charming, Budweiser-induced manner recently during a car club cruise.

I responded "Cant, dudes....this here car's the 'Eagle Slither,' Eagle's version of the Viper....only made 'em a year. It's pretty much just a '94 Shadow with a JC Whitney Viper body kit."

Yes, this is true.

Yes, they believed it. At least for the 30 seconds it took for the light to change so I could get away before my buddy blew chow from trying to keep a straight face.
