Anyone notice their door trim adjacent to the window is sliding ?
The black trim piece seems to slide forward away from the rubber end-piece. It leaves a lip of metal exposed (1/4 inch) on both doors adjacent to exterior door handles. Bob

Can you post a picture? I may have something similar but cannot be sure from the description.

Ron,
Unfortunately, I don't have digital camera handy right now. I showed it to our local Viper Tech today and he is checking it out. He's been great with other work. It may be a shift that can be prevented with some adhesive or a longer trim strip. Bob

Here are a few pics of what I think you are talking about. Ignore the first shot which made the car look yellow (flash and automatic white adjustment).

BINGO Ron - that is it. What do we do now? Are we the only ones effected? Bob
(At first I thought you had one of the new yellow SRT's)

I did look on my '04 and there is no gap on the passenger side and only a very small gap on driver's side.
Fortunately with a black car it's really of little significance since it is hardly noticeable. Other colors may not fare so well.

i dont know if it matters much unless it is not supposed to be that way or causes a problem

On an 80K car? Hell ya it matters! Hyundai owners need to **** it up on this kind of thing. We shouldn't have to.
