Dragging Rights - Saturday, Nov 10th

Hello All,

Our local forum has a drag racing day twice a year. Once in the Spring and one in the Fall. They always put on a great day of racing with some great classes ranging from 6 speed shootouts, street car, etc. Great day of racing, spectating and food! Spring is normally at Fayetteville Motorsports Park and this one is at Rockingham.

Let me know if anyone else is interested in going. I'll be racing the Jeep in true street, but may also bring out the Viper if I can get my motor and tranny mounts installed in time.

Basic info thread for Dragging Rights at Rockingham.

Gates open at 9am

Gate Fee:
Adults - $15
Kids 6-12 - $5

Test N Tune - $20

Test N tune will hopefully start between 10 and 10:30am and go all day until at least dark.

If you sign up for one of the classes you are also clear to test n tune.

Had a great time and a huge turn out... I'll try to get some pics and / or video from our local forum. We had a caravan of 30+ cars on the way down to the track.

Shawn and I ended up running the true street class. He ran his TT Viper and I ran my Jeep. I should have done some bracket racing. Ran 3 - 13.4's at 101 mph... (stock - CAI / cat back).

nice times, a friend of mine that got to go sent me a picture of your jeep at the staging lane, and told me "it did 13.4@101", hehehe, also sent me some pictures of a TTred gts and a TTblue corvette!!
