I have used Porterfield R4S pads with much success. Braking has been slightly improved; brake dust on the wheels has been greatly reduced (est. a > 75% reduction). Expect to wear out a set in one day, however, if driven aggressively on a road course.

Good Luck .....

Dust? Did someone mention dust? I've been running the EBC Kevlar pads for so long now that I darn near forgot about that stuff! No noise.....virtually NO dust...... increased friction, and super models have come flocking to my door! (oh, ok... at least three out of four isn't bad!)

Seriously Greg, give us a toll free call at GreatBrakes.com (866)GR8-PADS (or e-mail back from this post), and we'll fix you up with the EBCs. For 92-2000 models they run $148 for the whole car, and if you're a VCA member, we'll even knock another 10% off that already low price. These ARE a premium pad from England, and it sounds like they will fit your needs perfectly. Best regards.

gotta say that I really like my EBC green's that I just put on...no dust...lots of grab and feels like it "evaned out" my front and rear...very happy all the way around. Question for Wing King; do you guys make pads that would fit my 4 piston Brembo caliper? I am running the 14" kit up front, but if the front could have the benefit of the rear pads I could stop on that "dime".

thanks

Yes, EBC has pads for most every caliper made by Brembo, Wilwood, Alcon, etc. Most of the more common ones are already in stock at our USA distribution center in L.A. Just let me know the model/serial number and I'll jump on it. We just got a BIG order in from England and supply is looking much better right now.

Even as a board advertiser, I've been keeping a very low profile with the EBCs because I've had such a hard time keeping them in stock. I don't like offering something that I can't deliver right away. I'll be talking a lot more about these in the future in the "products" forum.

Thanks for the positive comments.

Count me another happy GreatBrakes.com customer. I have the Dilusi brakes and use the GreatBrakes green pads for street driving. Very clean pads with NO noise. I even drove them for a few very hot laps at Texas Motorspeedway and they were fine with no fade (and the Green is only their street pad; can't wait to try the race pad when my size becomes available!).

Put a set of EBC pads on a MidSouth VCA members car yesterday.... very nice, minimal dust during our "seating the pads" run, and no squealing! We took pics, now all I need is a few stray hours to put the install instruction set together (will take longer than it did to put the pads on). WingKingman was even available via phone for a "mid-install" question!
