exhaust stink in car

i read other posts about fixing the exhaust smell in the car (96 gts) but none of them helped me find out whats causing it. I brought it to the exhaust shop and they checked all the joints so it shouldn't be leaking. i read about trunk vents, how can i tell if those are bad??

With rear exhaust I had a bad smell at WOT with the winders down. My vents at the rear looked good. I went to side exhaust and fully welded the system. My Corsa cat-back was clamped at the numerous joints. Problem solved. For me anyways...

I am not sure. I don't notice it at first, but after 5-10 minutes of cruising I really can smell it.

No cabin vents in RT10s.

Use racer's tape and a plastic bag over the vent area on each side.

I had an exhaust smell when the windows were down so I pulled the carpets back and saw that one of the pass. vents had been knocked out when the Water/**** tank was installed. massive PIA to fix, but I got 'er stuck back to the car. Problem solved
