My 2001 RT/10 has no such limiter on it, so the answer to that rumor'd have to be a resounding no. More to the point, I would put the chances of ANY such mandatory limit at about zero. Wrong country, wrong president.

Even if our frequently misguided government did try to implement such a thing, I can assure you it would not take long for aftermarket solutions to appear. No worries mate.
