Finally my wait is over

Hi guys,

Being one of the first to commit to the new elite hood design and facia that Scott at Elite Motor Sports cooked up, my wait has finally ended. Its arriving at my body shop tommorrow for painting and install. After listening to number of suggestions on striping by alot of you I decided to go with the striping through the front facia just like the GTS style stripes. Of course in the rear I'll do the same. Should look plenty hot not to mention that I decided to have the inner hood painted and finished like the outside. Thanks to all for their advice. Will post pics in about two weeks when completed. Heres a little sample pics of the crate it was shipped in, the hood, facia and airbox...

By the way, I'll be using the same crate to pack the old hood and facia inside to reship when finished. Scott put the crate together wityh screws and barckets to hold everything stable.

My "question" was directed at the fact that you stated you were going to use the "crate" to re-ship the hood. just assumed you were sending it back to Elite.

Just arrived today. Indian Auto in Katona is the only one I would trust with this after they did the other external mods, spoiler and striping of top and spoiler. They are uncrating and fitting as we speak both hood and facia. Then comes paint and striping. Should be ready for pics and pick up by end of next week. Yeah, I know what you mean about the dlm job. This car is going to be something special when all is said and done.
