:D Entering my first car show ever next Saturday in Hilton Head Island SC and was concerned about the motor compartment detailing and "TRICKS" from you pros! Exterior detailing shouldn't be a problem. Want to know the do's and dont's...Any help??? Thanks! :2tu:

That question is dependant on the condition of the engine bay. This is what my C5 bay looked like for a show. This was on a car that had NEVER seen rain and was kept up with once a month. There were 24Kmi on the car. Good luck.

Was thinking of putting it in the detailing section but I thought I might have gotten a quicker response here. I just found out about the show yesterday. Oh well...just thought I would ask anyway. Thanks for the response none the less! I will throw it in the detailing section anyway! Cheers!

:2tu:Beautiful job! The engine bay is pretty good but not for the show I'm sure. My main concern was the electricals or any "DO NOT USE" chemical or other items to watch. Elbow grease is probably most of it and then a nice shiney coat of some good dressing. Maybe Blue Cheese or Ranch! :omg: LOL
