3 times what I paid for my first house but I haven't ruled out something closer to a base price car:drive:

Just out of curiosity when and where was that. Right now it would take about 2.5-3 times the price of the new viper to get a decent place over here. I'd much rather have the viper :drive: though I'm not sure my wife would necessarily agree with my train of thought :smirk:

Damn, they're nice~

Can't wait to see one while I'm crusing around. Better yet---after they've depreciated a little bit for me:) I'm thinking black with silver stripes ('base' model will do just fine).

I stopped at Roanoke this morning since it's ~45 min. from my place and took a few more pics of the Gen V's they had out. Hopefully they won't mind me posting them here:

Gotta love red, white, and blue in one pic...

Awesome! Thanks for the pics but it is telling me the album is "private" and therefore can't see any pics.

Sweet!

Let's get these sold, garage stored, pampered and depreciated. I should be ready to buy one of these in a few short year... ha!

Can someone PLEASE explain to me whey I'm not getting one delivered to me?

And don't use that lame excuse "money"!

Well, I hate to point this out, but the gap on the right side of the deck lid may be questionable. I'm hopeful it's an illusion or the lid is not fully latched as I wouldn't think that wouldn't make it through QC. I have a LE on order so I'm hopeful. :)

It looks fairly clear to me that the deck lid isn't closed. You can see the gap all the way across, even at the rear glass.

White with blue are America's Racing Colors (from back in the day) so I hope you all know why we paint white and blue Vipers!

In the Euro-centric world 'assigning' these colors back in the day, Green was for Great Britain, Red for Italy (Ferrari anyone?...), France was Blue, dominant Germany was White, then Silver....anyway, America was assigned 'White with Blue' stripes, which we proudly wore back in the day, and now. These Gen 5 cars will not be reproduced...this is very special.

((thank you for listening)

According to John Gastman, Roanoke delivered therir first Launch Edition on Monday afternoon to the proud new owner in Iowa City. He drives all the cars in his collection and is shown sitting in the new Viper in the driveway. Nice addition to the collection!
