First mods complete!

After reading the board for some time I have made my first mods, SR filters and smooth tubes. Feels more responsive now. (probably my imagination) Next is free flow cats and Corsa cat back! I have searched the archive and can find nothing negative about this setup. I do wonder if the FF cats smell bad. Anyone have them and know the answer?

I have the Random Tech cats and they smell somewhat. I now have about 1k miles on them and it is getting less, but the smell is definately present.

You going with Sean Roes hi-flow cats or Random Tech's?

I have SR hi flo cats and do not notice any smell except when first starting from cold engine. After warmed up, have not noticed any offensive smells.

I have the Random Tech metal substrate cats and they do smell. They smell like......................victory.

I was running no cats on the GTS with muffler delete and the smell was terrible. I now have random tech high flow cats and the corsa cat back (all behind belanger headers) and I have no bad odors. (not me or the car)

From what has been posted here a fellow with the B&B cat-back system had RT and had a drone problem. Sean has a B&B with his hf cats (look entirely different than RT's) and he says no drone
