FLA Vipers headed to V10 Nationals, Pit Stop

The group out of Central Florida is leaving after work on Wednesday night April 14th for BG. Right now we have about 5 or 6 rigs going together. We are going to stop in Tifton GA, I have made a deal with the manager at the Holiday Inn just off I-75. She will hold 10 + rooms up to April 9th, under the name "V-10 Nationals" The special rate is $60 / night. The motel was remolded in 2001, they have parking lot security and there are video cameras, which are monitored by the front desk. The trip on Thursday will only be about 500 miles from Tifton, so we should get to BG in the late afternoon, plus we hit Atlanta around luch time, rather than at rush hour like last year.

Of all the places you could have picked you chose Tifton!!! I spent the night there courtesy of the taxpayers and there's no way in hell I'm gonna give that sh*thole N*zi county a dime of my money.

Suffice it to say it is NOT a Viper friendly area.

No. Also, be very careful driving through Valdosta... their primary revenue generating tool for the town is pulling over people from GA and FL. Don't drive above 5mph over the speed limit in this area or they will catch you on RADAR and hit you with a big fine. They tagged me 72 in a 65 and they treat the fine as if it was a 55 mph zone.

Same goes for Macon, be sure to take the 475 bypass around Macon(shorter), speed traps usually right after you get off 475 and back onto 75N. I believe they FINALLY finished construction on that bypass, but they ARE watching the construction zones for speeders more carefully lately.

All of the trailers can only hold one Viper, and I think they are all full. We may be able to track down another tailer, not sure though. I think one or two guys may drive their Vipers. The advantages of going with the posse are; we are just a whole bunch of fun, most of us are armed, and if you have a problem we have "The Viper Tuner" Macedo with us, as well someone could pop their car off and put a sick one on a trailer if need be. We all take two way radios with us, and the conversation can be quite graphic and interesting. Let me know.

Funny thing Chuck, they told me from the Hotel that everyone was invited to stay, except the guy with the red Viper with numbers written all over it, that goes by the name of Chuck, something about some violation of somebody's wife???.
